It is a common complaint among HRD Directors that
training do not have long lasting effects on their companies.
Like hit-and-run accidents, they happen, and then disappear. The
concept and techniques learned do not usually get absorbed into the
corporate culture, let alone promote any lasting changes.
WSA's unique advantage is its integration of
management development with organizational development by providing
the two complementary products of CEOTM
and GroupSystemsTM.
While the CEOTM
Programme approaches organizational development through management
training; GroupSystemsTM
approaches management development through organizational
enhancement. In an environment that is rapidly changing and
increasingly competitive, organizations need continuous collaboration
and creativity on one hand as well as productivity and systematic innovation processes
on the other hand. GroupSystemsTM
provides the balance.

GroupSystems Online
|
Teamwork Any Time, Any Place
GroupSystems OnLine uses the Internet to allow every member of your
group to work effectively with other team members no matter where or
when they are able to contribute. Not only does it let people
around the office or around the world get involved, it also reduces
cycle times for strategic planning, product development, problem
solving and other business processes while greatly reducing travel
costs and down time of key personnel.
Hosted Solution
With this version, GroupSystems OnLine is a service hosted by
GroupSystems.com (a Singapore host to be set up by Whole Systems Asia
is in the works). Users access the service through the
Internet. This solution allows you to eliminate the need for
often expensive construction and maintenance of a distributed
infrastructure. You simply sign a yearly service agreement for
your users and only pay for the service as it is used.
Installed Solution
The solution is designed for organizations that want to take advantage
of their existing intranet infrastructure and support. The
GroupSystems OnLine service is installed on your organization's
network. You are then responsible for maintaining the
GroupSystems OnLine environment. With this solution, your
organization signs a yearly service agreement and pre-pays for usage.
